Generally our technology partners will provide a certain amount of system programming to integrate a card or system based program into your existing systems with no extra charge. However advanced or e-wallet system creation is chargeable on a quotation basis.
All our card based programs offer a full management service from start to finish including customer or cardholder management until expiration or renewal of the program (being the expiration of the cards) which may be one, two or three years. Most clients opt for a two or three year renewable program. E-wallet systems management has no set time frames.
In this section we deal only with full branded program options in the main and touch upon softer start models such as a soft branded card, which is simply an existing generic card model with a soft impression of your logo onto the card.
All matters relating to the creation, adaptation and or management of an e-wallet system or similar are dealt with by quotation. A fixed research and development fee is agreed with chargeable programming hours added at an agreed rate and in quantity.
