Private label card compliance
Please note these fees apply for every country you may wish to market into not listed above. For example if you wish to market in the UK and Poland openly. The UK aspect will not carry a fee, but the second country Poland will and this will be EUR 25,000 in addition to setup charges. You will be able to issue in the UK once your program is approved but not in Poland until the cross border issuing permit is granted.
If you wish to issue in the UK and the USA openly, we would recommend two separate programs as they are not within the same categories.
Closed Market or membership issuing
You may provide cards to customers in any jurisdiction (with minor exceptions) if the customers are already members of your organisation or existing customers. In other words the card services you intend to provide will only be to your existing members or customer base and will not be marketed or sold openly as a stand alone product or as an affiliated product to a third party service in the open market of any country except those which have been approved.
Domicile
Your company must be domiciled in one of the jurisdictions as listed above from which your business (or part of or card operations elements) must operate. There must be a physical operation. A physical operation however which would be acceptable does not necessarily mean that your company must be registered in that country or registered as a foreign company trading there.
